• Consultative planning & location survey completed to formulate loading plan and vessel requirements driven by offloading constraints and offloading plan.
• Brokerage of charter vessel and coordination of loading.
• Provided vessel loading plan accounting for what could / could not be stacked, what could be stowed above or below deck.
• Pre-assessments completed for customs clearance prior to vessel arrival.
• Coordinated availability and flights for representatives from TRA, GCLA, TBS, TASAC and TPA to be flown to Songo Songo to complete clearing procedures.
• Planning and provision of 2 barges and requisite equipment for trans-shipping and offloading at Songo Songo Island, in conjunction with correct tide windows across multiple trips.

All completed within the agreed timeframe without incurring any charter vessel demurrage or barge demurrage.
