Cargo: Drillmec HH Series O&G rig, mud pumps, and all auxiliary drilling equipment
Final Location: Rukwa, Tanzania
- Inventory of the complete breakdown of rig and all equipment to form loading & stowage plan for the charter vessel.
- Route survey completed including assessment of all OOG requirements, hazards and risks for delivery to remote well site including 280km of rough road.
- Brokering of charter vessel and coordinating shipping schedule.
- Coordination of vessel arrival and discharge with TPA on same day without incurring costly vessel demurrage.
- Pre-assessments and pre-clearance completed to facilitate fast clearance, avoiding costly delays.
- 34 trucks coordinated to arrive on the same day as ship arrival and discharge for seamless clearance and loading.
- Generation of loading plan for all 34 trucks and supervision of offloading and loading including OOG cargo and necessary heavy lift plans.
- All 34 trucks gated out from port within allowed 5 days.
Coordinated all permits and escorts. - Planned and coordinated the procurement and mobilisation of 2 x 50T cranes and 1 x 5T telehandler mobilised from Dar to site to facilitate safe offloading at Rukwa.
