We maintain the integrity and quality of our service through our QHSE, CSR, Business Ethics policies and procedures and ensure our business strategy and operational efficiency is maintained through constant review of our performance, risk, and operating procedures.

Our HSE policy and procedures underpin our working processes to safeguard our personnel and client cargo. We work closely with suppliers to review and improve upon their HSE procedures to ensure we bridge any gaps between our suppliers, Trident, and client HSE requirements. Incident reporting and staff feedback channels provide a constant feedback and improvement loop to ensure we adapt to ever changing and particular demands and risks in our unique working environments. Management attends annual training and procedures and Work Instructions are communicated through toolbox talks, team meetings, dispatch instructions so that HSE becomes ingrained in our general approach to work.

Trident is Local Content Compliant, submitting annual local content plans and reporting quarterly to the Mining Commission in accordance with Tanzanian Local Content Regulations 2018.
